The 1930's System

About 15 years ago, we visited a local charity weekend bookstall and purchased a book for $1.

It was simply about horse racing systems & written in the 1930's.

A little bit of charity was rewarded in our case.

After a thorough reading of the book, we tried a number of their suggestions.  There was one that stuck out.

We kept having reasonable success with it in terms of strikerate for winners, so we took more interest in the methodology of the system.  To summarise it simply, it relies upon fitness, form and typically, the ability to lead or to at least be on the speed.

After many years of honing down the system using computer analysis and various filters, we have now produced a horseracing system that provides us with a lot of fun, and on a number of occasions, a reasonable profit.

Unfortunately, it's not a fantastic get-rich-quick method that's going to achieve your dreams of retiring from work early.

Punting is purely speculation & it can be a lot of fun cheering home a winner.  This site aims to provide you with a systemised method that may (or may not) improve your chances of backing a winner on a Saturday.

The only words of caution we can provide based upon years of experimenting with the 1930's system is that it can be 'hit or miss' on wet tracks, with 2 year olds and is not applicable to hurdle races.

Feel welcome to follow our Saturday Selections and cheer on our 1930's system horses!
